The Arise Women’s Ministry emerged in 2010 as a result of Pastor Lisa Kai's obedience to God’s call on her life. Pastor Lisa envisioned a safe haven for women, not only within Inspire Church but all over Oahu, where they could gather, fellowship, share life’s challenges, and be strengthened through worship and the Word of God. 

While one aspect of Arise Women’s Ministry is an annual conference that empowers women to reach their fullest expression in Jesus Christ, another dimension focuses on connecting women to the church and to each other. Weekly, women gather around the island for connect groups, engaging in conversations, offering mutual encouragement, and growing in their spiritual journey. Quarterly, women also unite at Inspire Church for Arise Night, featuring worship, a powerful message, and fellowship. 

At the core of Arise Ministry is the commitment to impact the local and global community through Arise 5. Arise 5 partners with five outreach organizations to actively become the hands and feet of Jesus, making a meaningful difference in our communities.
